If you call the office, you may notice a different sounding message and new options. That’s because we are changing/have changed our phone system!
This new phone system will help us receive and respond to your calls more efficiently, as well as help us manage calls/messages when the office is closed. Our smaller MSWC team and more limited office hours since 2017 has required us to make some changes which will help us serve you better.
Pay attention to the new instructions, but you will be able to select options to:
- Hear our current office hours – updated monthly.
- Speak directly with Katie or Dr. Miller during open office hours.
- Leave a message for scheduling, billing and general information on the office line.
- Leave a message with clinical questions on the clinical line.
