Job Description

Looking for a highly motivated, self-driven licensed musculoskeletal health professional to join our team. Practice in a busy, private clinical setting caring for a variety of injuries, conditions and patient types. The incumbent will be responsible for building and maintaining clientele relationships through excellent care and customer service. Maintain your own patient load and/or assist current providers on active patients. Be compensated for your hard work and efforts. Growth opportunities available as our company grows. Must have current Certification and/or License with State of Wisconsin, or nearing graduation from an accredited Educational Program. Examples of desired certifications include, but are not limited to: Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Physical Therapist (PT), Licensed Chiropractic Physician (DC), Acupuncturist (LAc, Lic. Acu). Other credentialed individuals will be considered based on training and work experience. Must have current CPR Training/certification.

Job summary

To assist with patient care and flow, improve patient outcomes and provide patient care within license scope of practice: including but not limited to taking histories, performing  examinations, assisting with medical records, scheduling appointments, taking payments, and answering appropriate patient questions. To assist with marketing and educational events as needed; to assist with patient growth of the practice. Other duties as assigned.

Summary of essential job functions
Clinical Patient Care
  • Provide evaluation and treatment techniques to clientele within his/her scope of practice.
  • Educate patients on any appropriate home-care modalities and treatment options as necessary.
  • Facilitate rehabilitation, orthopedic and medical referrals.
Marketing
  • Plan, organize, market and execute lecture series and other marketing events as needed.
  • Research literature and clinical care guidelines for articles, videos, and events.
Daily operations: See above.
  • Assist daily operations, product sales, questions, other purchases as needed.
  • Act as an intermediary to our team of providers.
Patient Office Flow:
  • Collect new patient paperwork, information, returning patient re-exam paperwork and/or changes to current information.
  • Assist with medical records and EMR updates.
  • Assist office manager as necessary with office operations.
Patient Retention:
  • Call patients who miss appointments within their treatment plan to schedule their visit.
  • Misc: All necessary tasks to ensure an optimal patient experience, outstanding patient care and assisting with daily office operations.

Required experience:

  • Manual Therapy or Healthcare: 1 year+ preferred
